Nantwich learn FA Cup fate

By James Gordon

Nantwich Town have been drawn with AFC Fylde in the FA Cup first round proper.

The Dabbers have defeated both higher league sides Telford and most recently King's Lynn Town thanks to a goal from Troy Bourne, and will feature in the first proper round of the FA Cup.

Whitby Town featured in an FA Cup replay tie against Stourbridge last night, but were knocked out of the cup after a brave 3-2 performance, which saw the Blues lead 2-0 after 38 minutes.

The Dabbers drew a home tie against AFC Fylde, and winners of the first round will receive £36,000 in prize money.
